Core Training
Core Training aims at enhancing your current performance while increasing your overall body strength. This form of exercise is a challenging, yet rewarding, session of physical exercise. Our program delivers a complete functional training of the entire core musculature, including the lower back and the often neglected deep abdominals. After completing our Core Training session you will notice both improved appearance and performance.
Core training is an integral part of our kickboxing program.
A complete kickboxing workout includes core training, which involves a variety of motions including rotation, flexion, and extension. Core training enhances your kickboxing session with a variety of techniques to strengthen and develop power for better punching and kicking ability.
