Along with your B.E.S.T. Kickboxing membership, you have access to a variety of strength training eqipment.

Want to look good — and feel even better? Try strength training. You'll build strength, improve your muscle tone and boost your self-esteem.

You know exercise is good for you. You look for ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, and you set aside time for longer workouts at least a few times a week. But if your aerobic workouts aren't balanced by a proper dose of strength training, you're missing out on a key component of overall health and fitness.

With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently.

Use it or Lose it


Muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. If you don't do anything to replace the muscle you lose, fat will eventually creep in, replacing your lost muscle. Strength training helps you preserve and enhance your muscle mass — at any age.

At B.E.S.T. Kickboxing, you'll receive one-on-one personalized attention from our expert personal trainers. In addition to kickboxing, try strength training to additionally reduce fat and build muscle – muscle that burns calories even at rest!

B.E.S.T Core Training

Core Training aims at enhancing your current performance while increasing your overall body strength. This form of exercise is a challenging, yet rewarding, session of physical exercise. Our program delivers a complete functional training of the entire core musculature, including the lower back and the often neglected deep abdominals. After completing our Core Training session you will notice both improved appearance and performance.

Core training is an integral part of our Kickboxing rogram.

A complete kickboxing workout includes core training, which involves a variety of motions including rotation, flexion, and extension. Core training enhances your kickboxing session with a variety of techniques to strengthen and develop power for better punching and kicking ability.

Core training also:

  • Flattens your stomach and tightens the muscles under your love handles
  • Develops astonishing core strength and rock-solid stability
  • Promotes precise posture
